• Analyze large-scale healthcare datasets (e.g., DPC data, claims, EHR) to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  


• Translate data into meaningful business insights and recommendations for clients.
  


• Design and develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports to support client decision-making.
  


• Collaborate with consulting teams to shape hospital transformation strategies using data as a core foundation.
  


• Support the development of proprietary tools and products for analytics.
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within healthcare, consulting, or life sciences.
  


• Proven ability to derive meaningful insights from data and communicate their commercial or clinical relevance effectively.
  


• Proficient in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
  


• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex data insights.
  


• Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N1 for non-native speakers) and business-level proficiency in English.
  


• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Statistics, Health Informatics, Public Health, or a related field.
