About the Role
TAG is seeking an Execution Coordinator to support enterprise execution across the organization. This role reports centrally and works cross-functionally with leaders in HR, Sales, Account Management, Operations, and IT to ensure initiatives, onboarding activities, and operational tasks are organized, coordinated, and completed effectively.
The Execution Coordinator follows established processes and blueprints to help move work forward. This role is responsible for tracking action items, coordinating stakeholders, supporting onboarding and hiring activities, organizing travel and events, and reinforcing accountability across teams.
This position requires confidence and professionalism when working with senior leaders and individual contributors. The right candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable holding others accountable to commitments, and capable of operating across departments with clarity and composure.

**This position is a hybrid (in office & remote) role. Candidates must be able to work in the corporate office in Chesterfield, MO a minimum of three (3) days per week. During an approximate 30-day probationary period, in-office attendance will be full-time.
