Job Description
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives and senior leadership.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, schedules, and changing priorities.
- Coordinate internal and external communications and ensure important items receive timely follow-up.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, documents, and meeting materials.
- Organize meetings, maintain records, and track action items and deadlines.
- Assist with travel arrangements, scheduling, and other executive logistics as needed.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for employees, business partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively help resolve scheduling, communication, and administrative challenges.
- Support special projects and additional business priorities as needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of executive administrative, executive assistant, or senior-level administrative support experience preferred.
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, calendars, email, and general business technology.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and follow projects through completion.
- Experience supporting executives, owners, or senior leadership is strongly preferred.
