The Executive Administrative Assistant requires organizational knowledge, independent decision-making and an understanding of the CEO and/or VP's methods of operation. The Executive Administrative Assistant interfaces with board members, medical staff, all levels of personnel, community leaders and members of the community. Interactions require a high degree of integrity, personal tact, diplomacy and a high standard of confidentiality. This individual must be able to accurately perform a variety of tasks, often changing assignments on a short notice. 1. Minimum High School diploma or GED required. Administrative secondary education preferred. Health care secretarial experience and familiarity with related terminology are desirable.
