Executive & Sales Assistant

Are you a dynamic and detail-oriented professional ready to play a key role in a fast-growing international tech company? We’re seeking an Executive & Sales Assistant to support our regional commercial operations across Southern & Eastern Europe.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the VP Sales, assist local sales teams, and liaise with global functions, while actively contributing to the growth of one of our most strategic regions.

• Provide direct support to the VP Sales, Southern Europe & Eastern Europe: manage calendars, coordinate meetings, handle documentation, and assist in regional planning.
• Support local sales teams with Salesforce updates, pipeline tracking, reporting, and general sales operations.
• Act as a key connector between local teams and global functions (HR, Finance, Revenue Operations).
• Coordinate internal and external events, including virtual sessions and executive visits.
• Prepare reports, business decks, and tracking documents using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ensure flexibility to travel when required, including in-person meetings with leadership or teams.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (Sales/Admin Assistant, Executive Assistant, Sales Coordinator).
• Proven skills in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in Italian and English (Spanish is a plus).
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Hands-on, proactive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in sales or commercial operations — highly valued.
• Knowledge of AI tools will be considered a strong advantage.
• Flexibility and availability to travel as needed are key requirements for the role.
