Description
DASMEN Residential is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth internal operations, maintaining efficiency, and facilitating communication across the executive team and other departments. The ideal candidate will have exceptional time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and manage internal memos, reports, and communications on behalf of the CEO.
Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and manage the CEO’s calendar to ensure optimal time allocation.
Collaborate with executive staff and department heads to track project progress and follow up on tasks as directed by the CEO.
Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and create comprehensive documentation, ensuring follow-ups and action items are clear.
Maintain, review, prioritize, and organize both physical and electronic files for company executives to ensure accessibility and accuracy.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
An eye for detail to ensure accuracy in communications, scheduling, and document management.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage time, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Capable of communicating with all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, exercise good judgment, and manage projects proactively.
