Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant supporting the CFO will serve as a strategic partner, providing high-level administrative support and ensuring the efficient operation of the CFO’s office. This individual will handle complex scheduling, manage sensitive communications, coordinate internal and external meetings, and prepare critical documents and reports. The Executive Assistant will be expected to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and proactively anticipate the needs of the CFO in a dynamic environment. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interact effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization.
