As Executive Assistant to one of Giga Energy's Founders, you'll be the operational backbone that keeps everything running at full speed. This role is for someone who wants to be in the room where decisions happen, not watching from the sidelines. You'll manage the details so your executive can stay focused on the big picture, acting as a trusted partner who anticipates needs, solves problems independently, and never lets anything fall through the cracks. At the core of this role is mastering three things: owning the executive's calendar so every minute is accounted for and protected, managing a high-volume inbox by drafting and responding to emails with the executive's voice and judgment, and handling all bookings — from complex travel itineraries to key meetings and reservations — so nothing is ever left to chance. If you're energized by fast-moving environments, thrive under pressure, and take pride in being the most reliable person in the room, this is the role for you.
This role will be based in our Houston office. You must be willing to work in the office on a hybrid schedule, this is dependent on which days your executive is in office.
