Burnham Law is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to the firm's Owner and Firm Manager.
This position will provide high-level administrative, operational, and financial support to firm leadership.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing business documents, supporting financial processes, and handling confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
This role requires exceptional organization, sound judgment, strong financial acumen, and the ability to anticipate leadership's needs. Regular travel between the firm's Colorado offices will be required, with occasional travel to other locations based on business needs.
This Executive Administrative Assistant position may be based in any of the following Colorado offices.

Burnham Law offers a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to support our team both professionally and personally.
This position may be performed remotely (within the state of Colorado), in a hybrid arrangement, or on-site, depending on the needs of the firm and leadership. The role offers flexibility; however, during the first 90 days of employment, the Executive Assistant is expected to be in the office as much as possible for onboarding, training, and team integration. The typical workday is Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM.
