We are looking for someone who wants more than an Executive Assistant role. We are looking for someone who wants to become an indispensable partner to our Owner/Integrator (COO). 

About the Role 

• This is not a role where you will simply manage a calendar. 
• You will become a trusted extension of our COO, creating the space for him to lead the business while ensuring every commitment, relationship, meeting, and detail is handled with excellence. 
• You will help protect his time, keep priorities moving, anticipate what comes next, and make sure the people around him experience the personal care and responsiveness that defines HOH.

What We Offer 

• Competitive Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience of $85,000-$100,000.

What You’ll Be Doing 

• Own and protect the COO’s calendar, ensuring his time is spent where it creates the most impact. 
• Prepare meetings from start to finish, including agendas, materials, logistics, and follow-up. 
• Manage communications, organize information, and handle confidential matters with exceptional judgment. 
• Coordinate travel, leadership meetings, and special events with an eye for every detail. 
• Serve as a trusted extension of the COO by helping maintain meaningful relationships with employees, clients, vendors, and industry partners. 
• Keep priorities moving, follow up on commitments, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

•  5+ years supporting senior executives, business owners, or leadership teams. 
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills. 
• Outstanding written and verbal communication. 
• High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion. 
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and digital productivity tools. 
• Experience coordinating complex calendars, travel, and executive meetings. 
• Comfortable learning new technology and leveraging AI to improve efficiency. 
• Ability to prioritize independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 
• Must be able to report to our Palatine, Illinois office every day; this is not a remote or hybrid role.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
