Job Description - Executive Assistant

We provide care to over 2,500 patients in San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Contra Costa and Alameda Counties. All Opportunities at 21st Century require you to be in the field visiting patients homes. We do not offer work from home/remote opportunities unless noted.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with 2-5 years of experience to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling various projects to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.
In this role, you will:

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the executives. Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other correspondence, responding or redirecting as appropriate.
Arrange and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and coordinating logistics. Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks to optimize the executives' time.
Assist executives in managing various projects by conducting research, gathering data, and preparing reports or presentations. Track project timelines and milestones to ensure deadlines are met.
To be successful in this role, you have:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proficiency in Google suite and other office productivity tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism.
Discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
