We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a fast-paced, remote work environment. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of the Executive Assistant is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives while ensuring that all operational tasks are handled efficiently and effectively.

This is a FULLY REMOTE position for Lebanese nationals residing in Lebanon. Must be available to work during US EST time from 8 am to 5 pm (about 3pm to 12am Lebanon Time).
