Executive Assistant & Workplace Operations

We're looking for a sharp, resourceful Executive Assistant to support three members of our Executive Leadership Team and take the lead on day-to-day operations in our New York City hub.

In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner to our execs, anticipating needs before they arise and making sure the rhythm of the business runs smoothly. You’ll also be the go-to person in the office, keeping things organized, efficient, and welcoming for the whole team. From calendars and travel to events and office vibes, you’ll help create a seamless experience that fuels both productivity and culture.

This is a hybrid role with four days a week in our NYC office. Your in-person presence helps keep things running smoothly and the team feeling connected.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-level administrative support to three senior executives, managing schedules, meeting cadence, travel, and communications with discretion and efficiency


• Anticipate needs and challenges before they arise, ensuring the executives’ time is aligned with top priorities


• Support the broader business by managing key touchpoints: coordinating cross-functional meetings, tracking follow-ups, and supporting planning cycles


• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to drive alignment across teams and initiatives


• Own daily office operations: vendor management, supplies, guest experience, and general support to create a seamless in-office environment


• Maintain a clean, organized and professional office environment, ensuring communal areas and workspaces reflect high workplace standards


• Contribute to initiatives and projects within the Workplace Experience team that require cross-functional collaboration with global team members


• Plan and coordinate office activities and events that foster employee engagement and enhance workplace culture


• Assist with preparation for company-wide events, leadership offsites, board meetings and team moments for the executives you support

Who You Are:

• A polished, detail-oriented operator with 8+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executives, ideally in a fast-paced tech or startup environment


• Adaptable, versatile and excellent at wearing multiple hats, juggling multiple priorities while maintaining a calm, solution-oriented mindset


• Known for seeing around corners - you anticipate needs and solve problems before they escalate


• Discreet and trustworthy when handling sensitive information


• Strong written and verbal communicator who can interface confidently across all levels of the organization


• Highly organized, resourceful and meticulous in everything you do


• Reliable and the go-to person who consistently stays on top of everything, from daily tasks to unexpected challenges


• Energized by being in the office 4 days/week, starting the day at 8am to support both executives and team culture

The base pay range for this position is as mentioned. We take into consideration an individual’s background, expertise, and experience in determining final salary. This information is provided in accordance with applicable law. Base pay information is based on market location. Salary in USD : $45 to $55 USD per hour
