Executive Assistant - Chicago, IL - Start Immediately

Location: Chicago, IL

Shift: Monday-Friday,9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Sunbelt is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support leadership in promoting public health and safety in Chicago communities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars, meetings, and events for leadership.
• Assist with budget management, data processing, and office organization.
• Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Act as a point of contact for stakeholders and support event management.
• Collaborate with the team and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in public health or government.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to attend occasional evening or weekend meeting.
