  • Proactively identify potential roadblocks and operational gaps while offering forward-thinking solutions before challenges arise
  • Support logistics for internal and external events, offsites, and team meetings

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; detail-oriented with a high bar for quality
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset—you seek continuous improvement, own your work with pride, and learn quickly from feedback
  • Highly responsive - As a representative of the executive, you ensure all internal and external constituents are engaged with and feel seen and heard
  • Master of time management, with an innate ability to multitask, adapt, and remain composed in a fast-changing environment
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
  • Resilient, resourceful, and solution-oriented under pressure
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the prospect of working in a dynamic, high-growth SaaS company

What monday.com can offer you:

  • Opportunity to join a well-funded, proven company with big ambitions, competitive salary and benefits package, bonus potential, and eligibility to take part in the company equity incentive program
