Job Description - Executive Assistant, Commercial

Manage complex and dynamic calendars for senior executives, including scheduling internal and external meetings, resolving conflicts, and partnering effectively with other administrative professionals. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, lodging, transportation, and meeting logistics with internal and external stakeholders. Serve as a communication liaison, managing and prioritizing incoming emails and requests; organize conference calls, Zoom meetings, agendas, and presentation materials. Assist in team building and morale building exercises for the organization, ensuring the team is collaborating effectively. Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Provide additional support as needed for broader Commercial department including travel, scheduling ad-hoc meetings and coordinating guests. Act as a collaborative member of the Executive Assistant team, participating in team meetings and initiatives, and supporting cross-coverage and shared responsibilities. College Degree preferred with a minimum of 5 years related experience required. Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication, with meticulous attention to detail, grammar, and accuracy. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Experience within the life sciences industry or in a commercial or HR function is highly desirable. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Proven ability to work independently and take initiative. Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. Discretion and sound judgment in managing sensitive and confidential information. Comfortable navigating shifting priorities and tight deadlines in a rapidly evolving environment. Resourceful, solutions-focused, and committed to excellence in execution.
