Role Overview
We're looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. This is a fully remote, full-time role for someone who's genuinely comfortable working across AI tools and digital platforms — since virtually everything we do runs through technology, you'll need to be quick to adopt new tools and confident using AI to work smarter, not harder.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage calendars and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives
• Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
• Use AI tools to help prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence more efficiently
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation using modern digital systems
• Coordinate special projects and support cross-functional teams as needed
• Respond to and prioritize incoming communications on behalf of executives
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows using AI and automation tools

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
• Strong comfort and genuine interest in AI tools and emerging technology — you should be excited to use tech to solve problems, not just tolerate it
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Capacity to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and openness to learning new AI/productivity tools
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-directed attitude (essential for remote work)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate virtually across teams
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
