Appodeal is looking for an organized and geeky Executive Assistant to our CEO.
You will be dealing with:
Business and personal appointments;
Hotel/flight/restaurant reservations;
Online research;
Gifts arrangements;
Event Planning and Coordination: Involvement in organizing and coordinating business and personal events, including but not limited to conferences, meetings, and family gatherings;
Personal Errands: Handling personal errands for the CEO;
Coordinating vendors related to the home office (plumbing, flower deliveries, cleaning, etc).
Requirements:
Responsible and organized personality;
Languages spoken: fluent Russian and English;
Place of work: partially remote, partially in parkland;
Strong analytical skills;
Tech savvy (slack/telegram/zoom/chatgpt);
Project Management Abilities: Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus;
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with both internal and external stakeholders;
Decision-Making: Strong decision-making skills and the ability to operate with autonomy, using discretion when handling confidential matters;
Adaptability: Must be flexible and adaptable to the changing needs and priorities of the CEO and the business environment. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to unforeseen circumstances.
Financial Acumen: Basic understanding of financial management principles to assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice management.
Working schedule: Monday-Friday 10am - 7pm (or 9am - 6pm).
