Our client, a prestigious global investment company, is seeking a collaborative, highly organized, and enthusiastic Executive Assistant to support a Managing Director. In this role you will be responsible for managing complex schedules, preparing reports, and arranging travel. This is a contract opportunity with the potential to extend or convert.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule internal and external appointments and confirm meetings
- Complete corporate expenses including tracking receipts and reimbursements
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, visas/passports, cars, hotels, and other reservations
- Maintain and organize files
- Assist with strategic operations, and process improvement initiatives
- Answer the Managing Director's phone line and act as a gatekeeper
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant administrative experience supporting executives
- Professional Services industry experience required
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with strong communication skills
- Perform duties with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity
- An autonomous worker with strong follow-through skills
- Technically savvy in Microsoft Office Suite
