Executive Assistant

Location:

Cambridge, MA

Hiring ASAP!

Hours:

During Training - Part Time – 20-25 hours per week
After Training - Full time – Hybrid – 3 days on site – 2 days work from home
Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Job Requirements:

· At least 3 years administration experience required.

· Complete clerical work such filing, faxing, replying to emails, and more.

· Great customer service skills.

· Excellent organization skills, and attention to detail.

· Strong communication skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Pay Rate:

$25-$30/hr
