Executive Assistant to EVP Marketing, Strategy & Insights
Responsibilities
Person must be proficient at complicated scheduling of meetings with high level executives and talent.
Must managing and coordinate travel and itineraries for the EVP and two VPs in the department, and can prepare documents for travel-related meetings.
Can prepare confidential information such as expense reports and maintain discretion when dealing with confidential research information.
Willing to pitch in with basic online searches for information or review of simple spreadsheets.
Preferred interest in movie marketing (but not required).
Experience on the *** lot is important, Bachelors degree preferred.
experience- 1 -2 years senior level *** experience or movie marketing experience
Years as an EA-2 years experience
Hybrid role - Mon, Wed, Thurs
Hours- 9-6
MVR needed
