About the Role of Executive Assistant

We are currently seeking a bilingual individual (Japanese/English) who can accompany executives on sales visits and provide interpretation support. You will also assist with general administrative duties at the head office.

Responsibilities for Executive Assistant

・Accompany executives on sales or partnership meetings and interpret as needed

・Communicate with clients and partners in both Japanese and English

・Support with scheduling, documentation, and general admin duties

・Assist with internal operations and other tasks as needed

Qualifications for Executive Assistant

・Fluent in Japanese and English

・Basic Excel & Word proficiency

・Strong teamwork and a friendly, professional attitude

・Valid driver’s license (driving record submission required)

・Valid U.S. work authorization

Work Schedule for Executive Assistant

・Full-Time: Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (1-hour break)

・Days Off: Weekends + company-designated holidays

Compensation & Benefits for Executive Assistant

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 (Base + Commission)
