Our SBU operating model greatly enhances our ability to leverage expertise to generate new business and effectively manage awarded contracts.

CADS architecture, engineering, and interior design team has decades of experience serving U.S. Federal Government clients from initial design strategy and planning through implementation and management with our expertise in U.S Federal Government Building standards and processes.

CADS’s goal is to understand the intended function of the space and the needs of the users so we can offer proven solutions based on our diverse and extensive experience. We focus on industry best practices and partner with leading industry organizations for standards and support. We are poised to support the future of technology based on our expertise in systems integrations, the Building Internet of Things (BIoT), and machine learning and artificial intelligence.
 

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate degree or equivalent and 3 years of standard office operational experience; or an office-management-related certificate and 2 years of standard office operational experience. 

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with a commercial or general background.  Intermediate knowledge of standard office procedures, computers, and word-processing software.  Basic knowledge of database management.  Up to 2 years of work experience related to the area in which the incumbent is assigned.
