Executive Assistant to Our Viet/Italian CEO — Right Hand for Life + Business
Location: Enfield, CT (onsite)
Travel: Frequent, traveling with the CEO a couple times each month (domestic + occasional international)
Why this role exists
Our CEO rebuilt from a hard reset—fired, broke, grieving—and now leads a ~$20M/year operation serving national brands while growing a mission that bridges Vietnam and the U.S. He creates content that reaches millions and converts attention into real charity work for women and children across both countries. The pace is real; the stakes are human. He needs an Executive Assistant who can bring order and care to a life that blends company building, media, and service.
What you’ll run
Calendar command: Two‑week rolling lock, smart buffers, fast reshuffles; protect focus and momentum.
Travel ownership: You hold the card and book end‑to‑end—flights, hotels, ground—and often travel with the CEO.
Inbox triage & drafting: Prioritize, draft, and drive outcomes; keep what matters visible.
Meeting machine: Agenda → brief → notes → follow‑ups in 24 hours; close loops and chase decisions.
Life logistics: From getting food ready to coordinating household vendors—discreet, efficient, done.
Ops glue: Vendor/partner comms, light recruiting coordination, and special projects that need an owner.
Global sync: Work closely with the U.S. social team and the Vietnam media team; partner with the EA Lead in Vietnam. You are the primary local EA (EA #2 of 3).

You’ll see how decisions are made, help shape the day so the mission moves, travel, and learn directly from a hands‑on operator who treats service—especially to women and children in need—as part of the job. You’ll thrive if you
- Have supported a founder/CEO or senior executive in motion...planes, green rooms, last‑minute changes.
- Write crisply, anticipate needs, and document everything.
- Are calm, discreet, and outcome‑obsessed.
- Are comfortable inside a VN/EN media culture. Vietnamese is preferred but not required.
The setup
Onsite in Enfield, CT (daily proximity matters).
Frequent travel with the CEO (a couple trips per month on average). Expenses covered with per diem.
Work authorization: US work authorization required. CPT/OPT considered if applicable.
