Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer, ensuring efficient management of the executive office. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, customer service, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
· Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
· Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments, board members, clients, community leaders, and other external partners.
· Coordinate board meetings, including preparation of agendas and materials.
· Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
· Assist in tracking key projects, deadlines, and strategic initiatives to ensure timely completion.
· Organize and support special events and community activities involving the CEO.
· Handle incoming communications requests, prioritizing and responding on behalf of the CEO as appropriate.
· Communicate with the branch for account openings and personalized banking solutions for high-net-worth clients.
· Assist in performing and managing past dues, charge-offs, payments, wires, and other cash management requests.
· Performs other duties and projects assigned to support the CEO and executive team.

· Advanced with Microsoft Office Excel and other related software.
Education and Experience:
· Associate’s degree and equivalent industry experience required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· 3-5 years of executive-level administrative experience in banking or financial services.
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
