Executive Assistant to the CEORidge, NYNew York Cancer and Blood Specialists (NYCBS), a prominent and respected Oncology/Hematology group, is seeking a full-time
Executive Assistant to the CEO to join a well-established and growing pure sub-specialty practice with academic affiliation. NYCBS manages a freestanding outpatient Cancer Center with extensive chemotherapy administration, Radiation Oncology, Pharmacy and Research department.
In this role you will:- Manage President's calendar, prioritizing and resolving conflicts.
- Organize international/domestic travel and related requirements.
- Support leadership meetings, including logistics and documentation.
- Assist with special projects and Board and Executive Committee activities.
- Handle routine correspondence, summaries, and follow-up actions for the President.
- Coordinate Board and Executive Committee meeting arrangements.
- Plan and organize small-to-large-scale meetings.
- Perform general clerical duties and complete various forms.
- Undertake special assignments/projects as requested by the President and senior leadership team.
- Contribute to the excellent reputation of the President's office through professional interactions.
We require:- College degree in business management or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage calendars and records.
- Experience in organizing meetings, budgets, travel, and office support.
- Ability to achieve high performance goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building with stakeholders.
- Resourceful team player, effective independently, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Expert level written and verbal communication, grammar, spelling, and proofreading.
- Ability to understand and apply policies and procedures consistently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Must travel into Manhattan 1-2 times a week
Salary up to $120,000 annually.Benefits including 100%Tuition Reimbursement, Health Insurance on day 1 of employment, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short and Long term disability, 401k Plan, generous PTO time, 8 paid holidays (2 floating) and more.
