THE ROLE
The Executive Administrative Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Supportive Housing & Housing Coordinator serves in a dual-capacity role that combines executive-level administrative support with supportive housing program coordination. This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the Supportive Housing department by managing executive administrative functions, coordinating housing programs and compliance activities, maintaining critical records and reporting systems, and supporting residents, staff, and community partners.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Manage the Senior Vice President's calendar, scheduling priorities, meetings, appointments, and departmental communications.
Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, meeting materials, and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Serve as a primary point of contact between the Senior Vice President, staff members, community partners, and external stakeholders.
Assist in the administration and implementation of supportive housing leasing, compliance, and resident support programs.
Maintain accurate records and databases related to housing applications, vouchers, rental arrears, resident services, and program compliance requirements.
Coordinate communication with residents participating in Stone House and Scatter-Site supportive housing programs.
Support lease renewal processes, ensuring timely notifications, documentation, and compliance with program requirements.
Collect, organize, and analyze supportive housing program data and prepare reports for leadership and key stakeholders.
WHO YOU WILL BE
High School Diploma required; some college coursework preferred.
Minimum of four (4) years of administrative experience supporting executive management, preferably within a nonprofit, supportive housing, or human services environment.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
Compassionate and empathetic when working with individuals and families in supportive housing settings.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain strict confidentiality.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
