Job Summary
 
As the Executive Chef, your primary responsibility is to our guests—ensuring that every dish leaving the kitchen is consistently fresh, flavorful, and executed to the highest standards of quality. Beyond excellence in cooking, you are a leader who inspires your team, sets the tone for kitchen culture, and collaborates closely with management to deliver an exceptional dining experience. 


The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of culinary operations, and a genuine passion for hospitality. You will be expected to maintain consistency in recipes and presentation, train and mentor staff, manage food and labor costs, uphold health and safety standards, and support the success of the restaurant as a whole. 
 
Responsiblities

  • Leading, training, and mentoring the kitchen team while fostering a positive, professional, and results-driven environment.

  • Overseeing food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality across all menu items.

  • Developing and refining recipes, menus, and specials in collaboration with ownership and management.

  • Managing food and labor costs through effective scheduling, portion control, and inventory management.

  • Upholding strict food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in compliance with health regulations.

  • Monitoring equipment, tools, and kitchen maintenance to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

  • Supporting front-of-house operations during service to ensure smooth communication and flow between the kitchen and dining room.

  • Driving creativity, efficiency, and consistency while maintaining the restaurant’s standards and vision. 

Qualifications

  • Ideally, 2+ years of experience as a Executive Chef or similar role

  • Ideally, 5+ years of experience in kitchen positions

  • Computer literacy

  • Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills




Compensation: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
