Montessori School of Greater Lafayette Seeking Executive Director

Montessori School of Greater Lafayette (MSGL) is currently accepting applications for the Executive Director role, which leads the school in providing exceptional Montessori education in accordance with the American Montessori Society standards.

The Executive Director is responsible for the school’s daily operations, overseeing the nonprofit organization’s administration, programs, and staff. The Executive Director works closely with the school’s Board of Directors to implement school policies, manage personnel, and build external relations and resources to ensure the school’s continued growth and success. This leadership role requires an individual who understands Montessori education and is dedicated to supporting the development of both children and staff.

This is a full-time, salaried position with a starting salary of $65,000-70,000. Employment benefits include a 50% tuition discount for full-time employee’s children, paid time off and holidays, paid continuing education opportunities.
