Job Requirements

• 2-5 years as an Executive Director in Assisted Living/Memory Care


• Excellent knowledge of the state regulations


• Proven survey history


• Excellent Communication Skills


• Strong financial acumen


• Exceptional leadership skills


• If your state requires a license for this role ,you will need to have a current license in good standing
