We’re seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our Independent Living community. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who is passionate about resident experience, team development, operational excellence, and community growth.

What You'll Do:  

• Provide leadership and oversight for all community operations, ensuring efficient daily management and high‑quality resident services
• Supervise, coach, and develop department leaders and staff, fostering a positive, accountable, and engaged workplace culture
• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, local, and licensing regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
• Partner with community relations and department leaders to support occupancy goals, sales initiatives, and resident admissions processes
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to maintain a qualified, high‑performing team
• Manage the community budget and financial performance, including monitoring expenses, audits, and variance reporting

What You'll Need:  

• At minimum 2- 5 years of experience in senior living leadership required
• At minimum 21 years of age or older required
• Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, holidays as needed
