About the Role The Company is in search of an Executive Director for its Foundation, a pivotal role that involves spearheading philanthropic efforts to support the company's mission of delivering compassionate, quality healthcare to the community. The successful candidate will be a passionate and goal-oriented leader, responsible for identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors to secure gifts that will enhance the company's ability to meet current and future healthcare needs. This includes fostering relationships through various fundraising activities such as annual giving, community campaigns, and special events. The role demands a dynamic individual with a proven track record in philanthropy management, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead strategic planning processes and operational excellence.The ideal Executive Director will bring a vision for philanthropy, strategic planning, and operational excellence, and will be tasked with developing and communicating the Foundation's operating plans in alignment with the company's philanthropic goals. They will also be responsible for managing the Foundation office, overseeing the budget, and leading a professional staff to ensure the success of fundraising, marketing, and communication campaigns. The role requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least three years of experience in philanthropy management. The candidate should have a strong network within the community and a proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and effectively leverage technology for efficient communication and operations.
