At Pyramid Healthcare at Mountaineer we will be specializing in Substance Use Disorder treatment. We have been in operations since 1999 and currently operate over 80 programs in 8 different states, offering a full continuum of high-quality behavioral health care for individuals suffering from substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and other behavioral health issues. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee, manage and direct the daily operations and provide direct care services.
Responsible for creating a positive client and employee experience
Monitors, evaluates and modifies the operational processes as needed
Assists in developing and implementing facility policies and procedures
Provides operational direction for medical services, clinical services and all contracted operational staff
Carries out the personnel management activities associated with direct staff supervision
Assists in developing and monitoring annual strategic plan for facility/program
Works with our Quality Management team to ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation laws/regulations and represents program in internal and external audits
Establish and maintain effective working relationship with physicians, admissions, marketing, referral sources and other key stakeholders
Other duties as assigned.
Licensure, Education, & Experience:
Clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, Ph.D./Psy.D.)
Master’s degree or above from an accredited college or university
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a behavioral health or general healthcare setting including supervision of others and successful operations oversight
