About The Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Asset Protection Field Operations with a strong background in retail field management and extensive experience in store and shrink operations. The successful candidate will be a proven leader with the ability to create and execute strategies to mitigate profit loss, particularly in complex and challenging markets. This role requires a deep understanding of shrink drivers and the analytical skills to identify trends and performance opportunities. The Executive Director will also be responsible for leading enterprise-wide initiatives and must have the ability to collaborate and gain consensus at the SVP level. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years’ in retail field management, with a preference for those with 15 or more years’ of experience. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with a Master’s degree being preferred. The role demands extensive travel and the candidate must reside in one of the specified regions. Leadership experience in retail, healthcare, or pharmacy organizations is essential. The Executive Director will lead a team and be accountable for the development and execution of key loss prevention strategies, ultimately supporting the company’s bottom line across a significant number of retail stores.
