About the Role
The Executive Director and AVP, Partnership Management at the company will be a key leader in driving performance optimization and excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a global strategic roadmap that fosters a culture of agility, efficiency, and innovation, while also championing a collaborative work environment. This includes the development of KPIs, dashboards, and robust operational oversight programs to ensure the consistent delivery of processes and frameworks. The role also involves leading cross-functional teams to diagnose and address organizational effectiveness issues, managing change, and monitoring continuous improvement efforts that align with the strategic and cultural goals of the organization.Applicants for this position should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 15 years' of progressive program experience, demonstrating a proven track record in leading global, cross-functional programs and projects. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven leader with executive leadership abilities, extensive program management and technical experience, and a strong background in project and portfolio management. Key qualifications include the ability to influence and foster collaboration, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment. The role requires a leader who is adept at managing change, driving the adoption of new methodologies, and is focused on increasing profitability through process improvements and adherence to standards.
