Executive Director - Hospice

• Provide visionary leadership to guide the organization towards its mission and objectives.
  
• Oversee the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and JCAHO standards.
  
• Manage the operational aspects of the organization, including budgeting, resource allocation, and program development.
  
• Foster a culture of excellence by promoting staff development, engagement, and performance improvement initiatives.
  
• Collaborate with the Board of Directors to establish long -term goals and strategies for growth and sustainability.
  
• Build strong relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and regulatory agencies to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Health Care preferred.
  
• Must have three (3 -5) years of experience in hospice health care management.
  
• Proven experience in hospice healthcare management roles.
  
• Strong knowledge of JCAHO standards and regulatory requirements within the healthcare sector.
  
• Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing teams effectively.
  
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data -driven decision -making.
