About the Role The Company is seeking a full-time Executive Director of Advancement. This role is pivotal in leading and expanding a comprehensive advancement program, enhancing enrollment, and serving as the school's Alumni Relations and Special Events Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the Directors of Communication, Enrollment, and Marketing, and will play a key role in attracting philanthropic support to ensure the growth and sustainability of the educational and co-curricular programs.The ideal candidate will have advanced leadership experience, a proven track record in soliciting and securing major gifts, and the ability to build productive relationships with various constituents. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required, with a preference for experience in advancement for educational institutions. The role involves professional fundraising techniques, guiding research and proposal strategies, creating communication plans, and overseeing special event activities. Superior communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with staff, students, donors, and the community, are essential. The candidate should be a self-starter, proactive in networking, and committed to supporting the mission and values of the company.
