• A proven background in luxury resort, island experience, or hospitality management
• Deep experience working with a Luxury Clientele

The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for leading all housekeeping operations at Little Palm Island, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and personalized service throughout the resort. This role oversees the housekeeping team, guest accommodations, public areas, laundry, and inventory while maintaining the standards expected of a luxury private-island resort.

The ideal candidate is an experienced luxury hospitality leader who is highly organized, hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences. The Executive Housekeeper works closely with other departments to ensure seamless daily operations and consistently delivers Little Palm Island’s standards of excellence.
