The Executive Director of HR Operations at the company is a key management role with a focus on overseeing all transactional aspects of the Human Resources function. A Master's degree and experience in higher education or with collective bargaining and unionized employees are preferred. The role requires advanced knowledge of payroll, HR, and benefits laws and regulations, as well as the ability to analyze and interpret policies and agreements. The incumbent should have a proven track record of leadership, strong ethics, and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
