About the Role
The Company is in need of an Executive Director for their independent living community. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and inspiring leader with a Bachelor's degree, at least four years of experience in a senior living community, and an Administrator's License if required by the state. The role involves leading all operational departments to ensure compliance with regulations, participating in the lease-up process to achieve full occupancy with high resident satisfaction, working with the Regional Director to develop operating budgets, and overseeing all human capital to foster a collaborative and successful team. The Executive Director will also be responsible for maintaining functional facilities and will need to be flexible with their schedule as needed.The successful candidate for the Executive Director position at the company must be a dedicated professional with a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The role requires a leader who can effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the independent living community, including financial management, staff supervision, and resident relations. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to work closely with the Regional Director and other stakeholders to ensure the community's success. The Executive Director will play a key role in the growth and development of the community, and a proactive, hands-on approach is necessary to meet the company's high standards of service and care.
