The

Executive Director, Restaurant Product Solution & Migration role reports directly to the head of product management for the restaurant business at NCR Voyix. This mission critical leader

is responsible for defining the strategy and governance around the migration of our restaurant customers to our new, innovative products. In addition, this leader will spearhead strategic solution initiatives including portfolio pricing, upgrade management, contract evolution, and next generation services models.

POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Define the overarching strategy to migrate customers seamlessly onto our next generation solutions across a robust software and hardware portfolio
Define overall migration program governance for product management, sales & sales engineering, sales ops, legal, strategic pricing, and additional cross-functional areas
Led product strategy for critical solution initiatives that impact a successful migration, including strategic pricing, contract modernization, upgrade approach, hardware migration, and more
Obsessively track progress, uncover roadblocks, and quickly solution against impeding challenges
Evangelize tech modernization internally and with our customers
Develop scalable tools, processes, templates, etc to enable cross-functional stakeholder engagement and progress against migration KPIs
Direct software engineering team to create scalable, automated tools to enable migration
Be a passionate people leader and

focus on strong people leadership, employee development, and team morale
Inspire your direct team and cross-functional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, fail fast, and increase automation
Be obsessed with finding efficient solutions and making things simpler
Disrupt the status quo, be willing to try new things and iterate based on feedback
Key interactions –Product Managers/ Sales/ Sales Engineers/ Marketing/ Engineering/ Finance/ Legal / Customer Support/Deployment
Key business KPIs- customer adoption of new solutions, ARR, total and platform sites
Key leadership KPIs- team attrition, satisfaction, and diversity/inclusion metrics

BASIC REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
10 years of experience in product management or product strategy
5+ years of people management experience, leading high performing teams through the product lifecycle and development processes
Experience managing projects and communicating across teams and levels
Experience in the technology industry, preferably with platform-based technology
The intellect and energy to excel in a complex, ever-changing environment, coupled with the poise and ability to act calmly in high pressure environments
Possess a blend of technical and business savvy that includes big picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality
Track record of using quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize and make decisions
Excellent problem-solving skills and creativity
Grit and resilience
Excellent cross-functional team collaboration and influencing skills
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Proven track record of delivering results
