About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Sales in the Asset and Wealth Management sector. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of business development, leading efforts to generate and promote leads, and working closely with clients' business and technology executives to provide tailored solutions using the company's codeless platform. This role requires a deep understanding of strategic and digital transformation within the industry, as well as the ability to fluently engage with both business and technology stakeholders in an agile environment. The Executive Director will be responsible for managing the end-to-end go-to-market cycle, from initial contact to onboarding, and must be adept at building and maintaining trusted advisor relationships with senior leadership.Applicants should have a minimum of 8 years' of experience in technology and digital transformation, with a background in consulting, digital product, or enterprise technology platform sales. A strong executive presence, excellent presentation skills, and a proven track record of developing customer relationships to drive organic growth are essential. The role also demands a collaborative approach to team selling, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate complex client needs into practical solutions. The Executive Director will be expected to champion diversity, equity, and inclusion goals within the team and demonstrate a commitment to these values in all aspects of their work.
