About the Role
The Executive Director, Sales Enablement & Operations, is a senior leadership role within the State & District Partnerships team, focused on the growth and maintenance of the company's core businesses in the ever-evolving market. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and executing the strategic direction of sales operational components to ensure the division's success. This includes leading a team that provides sales enablement for regional account management teams, managing sales operations, and overseeing the development and implementation of efficient business processes. The role involves close collaboration with regional vice presidents to understand their needs and lead sales operations in support of strategic sales and service activities.Candidates for this position should have ten to twelve years of related work experience at a senior level, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives, strong communication skills, and the capacity to proactively tackle challenges. Experience in strategic planning, business development, and a working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics are essential. While not required, in-depth knowledge of educational environments is preferred. The ideal candidate will be adept at decision-making, problem-solving, and be authorized to work in the United States.
