Executive Director Responsibilities:

• Direct the day-to-day operations and financial performance of the community
• Motivate all staff to deliver quality customer service and resident satisfaction
• Be the positive face and voice of the community within and outside the walls

Executive Director Qualifications:

• 6+ leadership in resort, country club, hotel, or senior living
• Effective teambuilding, problem-solving, public relations, and communication skills
• Winning attitude with drive to succeed

Executive Director Compensation:

• Competitive Base Salary 100-120K plus bonus
