About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Value and Access in the Inflammation therapeutic area. This pivotal role involves leading a team that is responsible for strategic planning to support value and access for all molecules in development, from Phase I through commercialization and lifecycle management. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of global strategic pricing, making strategic recommendations with a cross-functional and global mindset, and ensuring that pricing and access considerations are integrated into therapeutic area strategies. The Executive Director will also be accountable for portfolio decisions and will represent the company on cross-functional governance teams.Candidates for this role should have a Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's degree with a significant amount of experience in global pricing, reimbursement, and access, as well as a proven track record of managerial or leadership experience. Direct payer experience, strategic planning, and health policy experience are strongly preferred. The role requires an individual with executive presence, strong influencing and communication skills, and the ability to manage and lead a sizable global team. Experience in product commercialization, global product launch, and negotiation with governments is also highly desirable, with a specific preference for candidates with experience in the Inflammation therapeutic area.
