Full-Time (40–60hours/week, flexible schedule)

Overview:

We are seeking a professional, reliable Executive Driver to provide transportation for business leadership and select team members.

This role involves regional travel, long driving days, and occasional overnight trips, with a focus on safety, punctuality, and professionalism.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting a business environment.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport executive leadership to meetings, job sites, and regional locations


• Drive long-distance routes (often 4–10+ hours in a day)


• Support multi-day trips with overnight travel


• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of vehicle


• Plan routes, manage time effectively, and adjust to schedule changes


• Assist with light logistics (luggage, equipment, trip prep)


• Coordinate with leadership and team for scheduling


• Maintain a professional and discreet presence at all times

Work Schedule:

• Typically Monday–Friday with flexible hours


• Some early mornings, late evenings, and extended days required


• Overnight travel 1–3 nights per week (varies by schedule)

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (required)


• Minimum 3–5 years of professional driving experience preferred


• Comfortable driving long distances regularly


• Strong reliability and punctuality


• Professional appearance and demeanor


• Excellent communication and organization skills


• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion


• Familiarity with Oklahoma and surrounding regions preferred

Preferred Experience (not required but valued):

• Chauffeur or executive driver experience


• CDL or defensive driving training


• Experience with business or client-facing roles
