  Budget Management: Experience monitoring payroll, labor costs, inventory, and departmental expenses.

  Organization: Ability to manage daily operations, prioritize tasks, and ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals.

  Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with the Front Desk, Engineering, and hotel management.

  Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and hotel operating systems.

  Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve guest complaints, address staffing challenges, and maintain high cleanliness standards.

  Availability: Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as business needs require.

  Physical Requirements: Ability to walk throughout the property, inspect guest rooms, and assist with housekeeping operations when necessary.
