Executive Housekeeper/Household Manager- Evanston, IL

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Housekeeper/Household Manager to manage daily operations and ensure the smooth running of their private residence in Evanston, IL. This hands-on role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage household tasks, maintenance scheduling, and occasional personal assistant duties. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming home environment. 

Responsibilities: 

• Housekeeping and organizing throughout the home 

• Laundry for the couple 

• Hire and train staff (part-time housekeeper and chef) 

• Track household inventory, Grocery shopping, stocking pantry items 

• Manage dry cleaning drop-off/pick-up 

• Schedule and oversee Houshold vendors 

• Light food prep 

• Oversee vehicle maintenance  

• Household errands and returns 

• Specialty projects as requested (Holiday cards, event coordination, booking travel, etc.) 

Qualifications: 

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organization 

• Comfortable managing vendors and schedules 

• Hands-on, proactive, and discreet 

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation 

• Flexibility to travel required 

Salary: $80K - $120K per year  

Schedule: Full-time
