We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office and ensure a smooth and efficient working environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling office logistics, supporting leadership when onsite, and coordinating leadership tours of retail markets. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.


As an executive office administrator, you will…


Office Management:



  • Oversee general office needs including maintaining office supplies, managing kitchen stocking, and ensuring the office is clean, organized, and fully operational.

  • Coordinate with property management for any building-related issues, maintenance, or repairs.

  • Manage office equipment and ensuring they are functioning properly.

  • Maintain and organize the boardroom, ensuring it is fully equipped for meetings.


Leadership Support:



  • Provide administrative support to leadership when onsite, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and assisting with special projects.

  • Serve as a point of contact for leadership when they are in the office, ensuring their needs are met promptly.


Retail Market Tours:



  • Coordinate and manage leadership tours of retail markets, including booking travel, accommodations, and transportation.

  • Develop and manage detailed tour schedules to ensure efficiency and alignment with leadership priorities.

  • Act as the main liaison between leadership and the market teams during tours, ensuring smooth communication and logistics.




We’d love to hear from people with:


         Previous experience in office management or a similar administrative role is preferred.


         Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.


         Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


         Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


         Ability to work independently and in a team environment.


         Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.


         Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain flexibility in a dynamic work environment.


Preferred Qualifications:


         Experience in coordinating executive corporate travel and tours.


         Familiarity with office equipment and basic IT troubleshooting.


         A positive, proactive attitude with a focus on customer service and team support.


         Progressive administrative experience. (10+ years) 


         Providing support to C-Suite level executives (10+ years) 


         Experience managing calendars and email on MS Outlook (10+ years) 


         Project or event management (10+ years)  


         Domestic and international travel arrangement (10+ years)

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above.  For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.


The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.  At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
