Franciscan Health offers a valuable role known as the Executive Office Manager. This role provides direct support to the hospital President and CEO by enhancing the effectiveness of the departments with various management functions. The Executive Office Manager serves as the primary point of contact for all matters pertaining to the office of the President and CEO, and acts as the first point of contact for the office by screening calls and receiving visitors. This position deals with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders, and must maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. The Executive Office Manager supervises the administrative support team in the President and CEOs office, and performs management duties, including human resources and budget management.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Ability to travel between the Franciscan Health Crown Point, Dyer, and Munster locations.
Act as an administrative liaison for the Division Board of Directors and the Hospital.
Prepare and monitor annual budget and cost containment.
Conserve executives’ time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters, records, and reports.
Coordinate meeting plan by communicating details to staff, confirming participants and room availability, and publishing agendas and communicating modifications, as needed.
Develop and utilize records management systems, to ensure appropriate information is retained and easily accessible, and in accordance with record retention policies.
Prepare and monitor annual budget and cost containment, and manage office activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma/GED - Required
Associate's Degree - Preferred
5 years Executive Secretarial Experience - Required
Supervisor Experience - Required
